James Klempin

James A. Klempin practices in the areas of real estate, contract, construction, community association law, eminent domain, land use, and government.  Mr. Klempin worked at the McCabe & Ronsman during his time in law school as a Law Clerk. 

Mr. Klempin attended Barry University School of Law and earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2016.  While in law school Mr. Klempin was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board and became the Vice Justice of the Executive Board.  Mr. Klempin also acted as a Teacher’s Assistant in Legal Research and Writing and assisted in coaching Moot Court competition teams.  Mr. Klempin continues to coach Moot Court Competition teams for Barry University School of Law. 

Mr. Klempin was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2016, and is a member of the Young Lawyers section, City, County & Local Government Law Section, Environmental & Land Use Law section, and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section.
