Litigation Attorney

Job Description:
Our ideal candidate will have at least three to five years of litigation experience, with preference given to attorneys with experience litigating real estate disputes. Approximately seventy-five percent of the position will involve arbitration, litigation and mediation. The remaining responsibilities relate to reviewing and analyzing community association governing documents, statutes, case law, contracts, insurance policies, and real estate documents. Marketing the firm’s services and client contact are an integral part of this position.

Litigation experience is especially preferred, including the ability to work independently on case files. Attorneys will have the opportunity to work directly with clients on all legal issues. Candidates should be willing to work in a collegiate environment and have a “team first” approach.
